What kind of stainless steel do you use?
All of our watches are constructed with 316L surgical grade stainless steel.
What type of movement do you use?
It depends on the model. Our flagship model the Dryden Chrono Diver (DCD) utilizes the Seiko Mechaquartz VK63 movement. Future models will likely utilize a combination of Japanese and Swiss quartz, mechaquartz and automatic movements based on their technical needs.
Are your watches water resistant?
The water resistance of our product varies based on the model. In most instances, the crown must be pushed or screwed into the case to achieve the advertised water resistance. Failure to do so may result in water damage that is not covered by the warranty.
What type of coating is used on your watch?
Some of our models feature PVD coated stainless steel. It is resistant to scratches and corrosion but will wear down slow over time as a result of use.

When will my order ship?
After your payment is verified, it takes up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am CST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am CST on a Friday, your order will be shipped out on the following Monday.
What shipping couriers do you use?
For customers located in the US, we use USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. For our international customers, we use USPS International Priority Mail or DHL Express. Signature confirmation is required on all of our orders.
How do you handle international shipping?
International orders are shipped through USPS International Priority Mail by default. You may upgrade to DHL Express (3-5 delivery) for a flat $15 fee.
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Dryden Watch Company cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
What is your return policy?
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return a product, email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to receive an RMA for your order prior to shipping back your purchase.
What is your warranty policy?
Our two-year limited warranty starts on the original date of purchase and covers all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Qualifying warranty repairs will be made at our service facility at no cost to the customer. The warranty does not cover the strap, crystal, case, crown, or battery. The warranty is invalid if there is evidence of damage from user negligence or if the damage is a result of an unauthorized service repair.
The warranty card and a copy of the purchase receipt must accompany all repair orders.
Do you offer in-house repair services for damages that are not covered by the warranty?
We have an in-house technician who can restore or replace broken or worn out components. The fee is assessed by the extent of the damage and the price of the component.
