WARRANTY & REPAIRS

LIMITED WARRANTY

Our two-year warranty begins on the original date of purchase and covers all manufacturing defects in material or workmanship. Qualifying warranty repairs will be made at our service facility at no cost to the customer.

The warranty does not cover the strap, crystal, case, pushers, crown, battery, or movement accuracy beyond the manufacturer’s specifications. The warranty is invalid if there is evidence of damage from improper use, internal or external damage from excessive wear, or if the damage is a result of an unauthorized repair. To achieve the advertised water resistance, the crown must be fully screwed down. Water damage as a result of failure to adhere to these instructions will not be covered under warranty.

REPAIRS

We also offer out-of-warranty repairs on our watches including but are not limited to battery changes, movement regulation and other component servicing. We try to stock extra servicing components for 5 years from the launch of any collection.

SHIPPING

US SHIPPING

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This does not include weekends or holidays. Purchases made after 9 am CST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am CST on a Friday, your order will be shipped out on the following Monday.

US shipping will be handled either via USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Signature release is required for delivery.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to 24 hours to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays. Purchases made after 9 am CST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9 am Central on a Friday, your order will likely be shipped out on the following Monday. Please allow 24-48 hours for your tracking details to update.

As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs and taxes levied. Payment of these is required to release your order from customs on arrival.

RETURN POLICY

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If stickers have been removed from the watch and or bracelet, a 15% restocking fee will automatically be deducted. 

Please note that on all watch orders, the original shipping fee and credit card processing fee are not included in the refund. This is because credit card processors no longer refund the fees back to us. Thank you for your understanding!

Gift cards

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 21 days.

Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check with your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@drydenwatchco.com.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@drydenwatchco.com to receive an RMA. Once approved, you may send your item(s) to: 1707 E Cedar St, Suite 124, Olathe KS 66062, United States.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver.

Shipping
To return your product, please email us first with your order number. Then mail your product to: 1707 E Cedar St, Suite 124, Olathe KS 66062, United States. Please note that this address has a secure lockbox with USPS and that is our preferred carrier for delivery. UPS / DHL drivers do not have the access key to the front doors in our office and any package requiring signature delivery may be delayed as we do not hold regular office hours. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
