Please note that all delivery estimates shown at checkout are automated carrier calculations. These are estimates only and are not strict or guaranteed delivery dates. Dryden cannot be held responsible for transit delays caused by shipping carriers, and we do not issue shipping refunds for missed delivery dates as long as your order was processed and shipped on time according to our schedule below.

US SHIPPING

After your payment is verified, it may take up to 24 hours to process and ship your order. This window does not include weekends or holidays.

• Cutoff Times: Purchases made after 9:00 AM CST will ship out the next business day. If you place an order after 9:00 AM CST on a Friday, your order will ship on the following Monday.

• Carriers: Domestic orders are shipped via either USPS or UPS. The free Standard Shipping is USPS Ground Advantage by default. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

After your payment is authorized and verified, it can take up to 24 hours to process your order, excluding weekends and holidays.

• Cutoff Times: Purchases made after 9:00 AM CST will ship on the next business day. If you place an order after 9:00 AM Central on a Friday, your order will ship on the following Monday.

• Tracking: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for your tracking details to update on the carrier website.

• Duties & Taxes: As the customer, you are liable for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes levied by your country. Payment of these fees is required to release your order from customs upon arrival.
