CAPTURING THE ERA
The 1970s was a golden era for chronograph design—defined by bold dials, pump pushers, and skin diver cases. The Dryden Chrono Diver was born from a desire to capture that specific aesthetic energy, but in a package built for today’s lifestyle.
While we love the character of vintage timepieces, we don’t love the fragility. We designed the Chrono Diver to offer the best of both worlds: the undeniable charm of a vintage tool watch, paired with the grab-and-go reliability of modern engineering.
RE-ENGINEERED ARCHITECTURE
For the Gen 2 release, we didn't just tweak the dial—we completely overhauled the case architecture to solve the biggest request from our community: The Bracelet.
Revised Case Profile
The Gen 1 featured a downward slope in the case that made fitting a bracelet impossible. We re-engineered the Gen 2 case with a complex, layered profile featuring alternating brushed and polished surfaces to integrate solid end-links.
Recessed Pushers
We machined recessed cutouts to tuck the pushers closer to the case. This creates a cleaner, snag-free silhouette that slides easily under a cuff while maintaining the retro 'pump pusher' aesthetic.
New Jubilee Bracelet
Style meets comfort. The Gen 2 launches on a brand new five-link Jubilee-style bracelet. It tapers from 22mm to 18mm and features our premium on-the-fly micro-adjustment clasp.
