Purchases made after 9am CST will not be shipped out until the next business day. If you order after 9am CST on a Friday, your order will be shipped out the following Monday. For international shipments, Dryden Watch Company cannot control and is not responsible for any import duties or taxes applied to your package.
Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer except in cases of where the product was defective. To return a product, email us at info@drydenwatchco.com to receive a RMA for your order prior to shipping back your purchase. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process. Products returned with clear signs of wear may be assessed a re-stocking fee up to 20%.

"i'd gotten a new pilot's watch that a red tropic strap was exactly what it needed. getting straps online can be risky...i've purchased some which look great on the web, but when you get them the rubber/silicone is hard, or if a quick release, the pins are thinner than one would like for security's sake. i chose this brand after scouring many reviews so i knew what i received wouldn't be unusable, and would look as good as its photos. i couldn't be happier with the quality. it looks and feels great on the wrist. this was one of the pricier tropic bands out there, but the free shipping helped, and getting a product of value, has definitely helped."
