Returns Policy
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer except in cases of where the product was defective. To return a product, email us at info@drydenwatchco.com to receive a RMA for your order prior to shipping back your purchase. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process. Products returned with clear signs of wear may be assessed a re-stocking fee up to 20%.

"Love the watch. Live in KC area, but somehow wasn’t aware of Dryden until I saw them listed in a blog post on top American watch micro brands. Had to pick one up bc of the local connection but have worn it every day since it was delivered. Loved the bracelet, but after a couple weeks switched to the orange rubber strap and love it for a summer changeup."

"I think its a nice watch for its price. This is my first automatic watch. So, a few things weren't obvious to me. First, the screw-down crown was screwed very tightly. It took me a while to loosen it since I didn't know how much force to apply. Also, it says that micro adjustments of the wrist band are feasible, but I don't see how."

"During the necessary research into a new (first) watch I came across Dryden and was taken in by the Heartlander Blue Sunburst. After some deliberation I ordered the watch, contact with Dryden was great and shipping to the EU was without issues. The watch arrived nicely packaged. I must confess that I was somewhat underwhelmed at first, mostly because the watch felt smaller then expected. I even deliberated returning it, contact about this with Dryden was great again. But the watch grew on me and kept growing on me. Now, I absolutely love wearing it! Especially with the orange band. I can absolutely recommend the watch and Dryden as a company."

What can i say, the watch is absolutely gorgeous and extremely well finished (gives the "big boys" a run for their money !) and is an excellent time keeper and i have not worn anything else since its arrival.
