CLASSIC PROPORTIONS

We believe the perfect every day watch is well balanced and slips easily under a shirt cuff. That's why we chose a timeless 38mm case size with a total thickness (including the domed crystal) of just 11.2mm. The watch looks right at home in both casual and formal settings, thanks to the polished chamfer along the top and bottom sides of the case, as well as between the lugs.

ALL DAY COMFORT

As with all of our models, we placed a high emphasis on wearability when designing both the watch and bracelet. The case is small wrist friendly, measuring 46mm from lug-to-lug and angle downward. The links on the presidential style bracelet fully articulate and their short length offers more precise adjustments. Combined with the micro adjustment on the clasp, we're confident you'll get the just the right fit for your wrist.

US ASSEMBLY & REGULATION

As a small start up, we partner with global suppliers to manufacture components to our design specifications. But everything comes together in our Kansas City workshop where our watchmaker hand assembles each watch. In-house assembly has helped reduce defects and improves component alignments. As part of our quality control check, the movement is then further regulated from the factory specified +30 / -10s per day to +15 / -10s per day or better.

DEPENDABLE & PRECISE

We chose the Miyota 9039 automatic movement from Citizen to power the Dryden Heartlander. In addition to its reliability and easy of service, the 3.9mm thick movement gave us to freedom to create a slim case profile while maintaining water resistance. A custom color and font matched date at the 6 o'clock provides both function and symmetry. When fully charged, the power reserve is ~ 42 hours.

We understand that wrist sizes naturally fluctuate throughout the day – whether due to heat, hydration, or activity. Achieving the perfect bracelet fit shouldn't require inconvenient tools. That's why the Heartlander bracelet now features a premium tool-less micro-adjustable clasp. This new system allows you to make quick, subtle size adjustments on-the-fly, ensuring maximum comfort and a secure fit.

EASY TO PERSONALIZE

Match your Heartlander to your outfit by changing out the metal bracelet for any rubber, leather, or nylon strap of your choice! Simply pinch together the quick release spring bars to remove the bracelet and do the reverse to install your new strap. All of our watch straps offer built-in quick release spring bars to make the process a breeze.

Returns Policy

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer except in cases of where the product was defective. To return a product, email us at info@drydenwatchco.com to receive a RMA for your order prior to shipping back your purchase. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process. Products returned with clear signs of wear may be assessed a re-stocking fee up to 20%.

"This is my 3rd Dryden Heartlander, and my favorite colorway that came back in stock after I purchased my others. I don't know how else to say it, but Dryden is SO underrated in the microbrand space! Average Watch and Below Average Experience

"Purchased the Gunmetal Heartlander and was excited to get it. But once I got it, the watch seemed to be well made, but it’s essentially just sourced components assembled together. Nothing felt original. Maybe it was just the Gray dial, but it looked and wore pretty flat even with the light blue seconds hand. The best part about the watch was the gray FKM rubber strap that came with it. I was pretty disappointed to learn that after sending this watch back for a return, I was charged a restocking fee just because I removed the plastic coverings. Will not be recommending to any fellow watch enthusiasts."

"What else can be said about this watch. From movement, aesthetics, to comfort makes this an all day all occasion watch. Decent water resistance is a bonus and larger crown makes it easy to set. The bracelet can be easily changed to leather for a more formal look or to a nato for a more rugged utilitarian look. And the size…. So comfortable. I have a feeling I will wear this more than my beloved Hamilton field khaki this summer cause it has far better water resistance."
