To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it including the original packaging. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the buyer except in cases of where the product was defective. To return a product, email us at info@drydenwatchco.com to receive a RMA for your order prior to shipping back your purchase. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process. Products returned with clear signs of wear may be assessed a re-stocking fee up to 20%.

"I absolutely love my new Dryden. I catch myself staring at it and changing the angle so that the light reflects off the magenta dial. The bracelet is top notch with screw pins for adjustment. The finish, fit and color of the watch are beautiful and it feels more elevated than the price would make you think, thus highlighting what a value the watch is. The packaging is all bonus here. And the fact that it’s a Kansas City product ( my home too) only enhances its value. Thank you Jerry for a wonderful product."

"I’ve been eyeing the magenta Pathfinder forever. Finally pulled the trigger and could not be more pleased. Shipping speed was great and it went out immediately. Packaging was amazingly elegant but I think I read that’s changing. Watch is everything i expected and the promo photos don’t lie. It’s gorgeous. I also ordered some straps as I have experienced the leather on a Heartlander. As you big wristers know, often times the straps that fit up to 8 inches have 7. 5 inch wrists on the last hole. Dryden are nice and long so I use them on several watches. This won’t be my last Dryden. Great watches, great company."

"The dial is beautiful, with nicely proportioned indices, bezels, logo etc. I felt the watch was a bit heavy even without the strap, but that could be just me. Finishing looks very premium, and lume stands by it's reputation which makes the watch a great value for money. Bezel action is also great, didn't feel any backplay. I also liked the steel bracelet as it has a good fit and finish to it, and special thanks for providing the extra rubber strap, that went a long way :)"

"I bought the Magenta Pathfinder at the DC Time watch show. Jerry made it a fun buying experience. The watch is great. A bold textured dial that nonetheless works as an everyday watch. The micro adjustable clasp makes for a perfect fit on the wrist. Overall feels like a high quality watch."
