Do you have a physical storefront where I can view watches in person?

We do not have a traditional brick-and-mortar storefront or any authorized dealers. Because we are a lean, independent brand, we travel to meet our community at various watch events around the country.

How do I know if a strap will fit my watch and my wrist?

Most of our straps are standard length 125mm x 75mm, which are optimized to fit a 7-7.25 inch wrist around the middle holes. However, some of our strap styles taper more than others, and certain specialty lines run shorter or longer. We highly recommend reading the product descriptions and details thoroughly before ordering to make sure the specific strap style suits your needs

What is your return and exchange policy?

We offer a 14-day return window from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the exact same condition you received it.

  • Fees & Adjustments: Please note that the original shipping fee and credit card processing fees are non-refundable (as credit card processors no longer refund these transaction fees to us). Additionally, if stickers have been removed from a watch/bracelet, or if an item has been sized or worn, a restocking fee of up to 25% will be deducted.
  • To Start a Return: Send us an email with your order number to request an RMA. We can provide a prepaid return label and deduct the cost from your final refund, or you can handle the shipping yourself. Full packing and carrier instructions will be provided once your request is approved.
When will a specific watch or colorway be restocked?

If a watch model or specific colorway is scheduled for a re-run, we will list the estimated restock timeline directly on that model's product page. If there is no restock date listed on the product page, we do not currently have active plans to reproduce that specific variation.

What are your customer service hours?

Dryden is a small business, and we primarily review and reply to customer service emails during normal business hours, Monday through Friday.

Typically, you can expect a reply to your inquiry within 24 hours. The main exception to this is over weekends and holidays, as we give our small team time to unplug. If you message us on a Saturday or Sunday, we will get back to you first thing on Monday!

What are your shipping times and policies?

We strive to get your order out as quickly as possible, usually within 24 hours of payment verification (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • Daily Cutoff: Orders placed after 9:00 AM CST will ship the following business day. If you order after 9:00 AM CST on a Friday, your package will ship out the following Monday.
  • Domestic Shipping: US shipments are handled via UPS or USPS. Our default free shipping method is typically USPS Ground Advantage.
  • International Shipping: For orders outside the US, please allow 24–48 hours for tracking details to update. Please note that the buyer is fully responsible for all import duties, customs, and taxes levied by your country upon arrival.
What does your warranty cover, and do you handle repairs?

We stand behind our builds with a two-year limited warranty starting from your original purchase date.

  • What's Covered: The warranty covers all manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship, and qualifying repairs are done at our facility at no cost to you.
  • What's Not Covered: It does not cover movement accuracy beyond the manufacturer's specifications, normal wear and tear to the strap, crystal, case, or crown, nor does it cover water damage caused by failing to fully screw down the crown. The warranty is voided if there is evidence of improper use, abuse, or unauthorized repair work.
  • Out-of-Warranty Repairs: We also offer out-of-warranty servicing and repairs (such as battery changes, movement regulation, etc.). To initiate any repair or service request, please contact us using the contact form below.
